Wings
All around the world, the impressive eagle is known for its strength, authority, and agility. While eagles are among the most feared predators in nature, even the largest eagles are threatened due to habitat loss and being hunted by humans. The Harpy Eagle and the Philippine Eagle are two of the largest known eagles, both being threatened with extinction. The Harpy lives in the lowland rainforests of Central and South America. Their struggle to survive is compounded by their low reproduction rate. The Philippine Eagle, currently the largest and heaviest known eagle, is the national animal of the Philippines. There is only a small wild population of this magnificent bird left on the islands. Global Warming Wear is honoring these beautiful and fierce creatures with our Wings textile print.
