When will I receive my order?
We take 5-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that.
I have a problem with my order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to admin@globalwarmingwear.com
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos
I got the wrong item. How can I get my correct order?
In the event of a wrong order, please contact us at admin@globalwarmingwear.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. We will then check our records to verify your claim. If we made the mistake, we will go ahead and send you your correct order. You do not have to send the wrong product back to us. You will be given store credits equivalent to half the amount you paid, if we made a mistake and you declined our offer to send you the correct item.
I received a defective or damaged product. What do I do?
Please contact us at admin@globalwarmingwear.com. We will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. You do not have to send the defective or damaged product back to us.
I ordered the correct size but it's a bit small/large. Can I return it and exchange it to a different size?
Unfortunately, Global Warming Wear is currently unable to process a return and exchange due to size because we do not hold inventory or stock. All items are custom printed just for you. Please check size charts carefully. Unisex sizes can fit differently than standard men's or women's sizes.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order the correct size. If the received product is damaged - send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to admin@globalwarmingwear.com
I entered the wrong address information. Can I still correct it?
We can try to make corrections to your order within 24 hours from the time that you submitted your order. If you request for the corrections after 24 hours, we will no longer be able to update it on our end. You will then have to wait for your order to be shipped to you.
Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?
Please order carefully. All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with admin@globalwarmingwear.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
I made an order 3 days ago and since it hasn't been shipped yet, I'd like to cancel it.
Please know that all apparel from Global Warming Wear is made-to-order. Orders are sent to production within 24 hours from the time they are placed. After 24 hours, we can no longer try to cancel your order. Please bear in mind that production time may take 5-7 business days but delays may occur during holidays.
What's the ETA of my order?
An ETA can only be provided when your order has been released from production and transferred to the courier. The current turnaround time for production is 5-7 business days plus shipping method on top of that.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office or shipping company to check on your order- in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. The tracking number is provided in the shipping notification that you have received. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, your package was lost in the mail, or missing, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we will try to help find the order for you.
Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order. Get in touch with us - admin@globalwarmingwear.com.
Order is marked as delivered - but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a mark - please wash it before reporting a problem.
